As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Latin America based in
Miami, Ricardo controls all operation including legal, technology
information and human resources. He has worked at Chello Multicanal in
Spain, now AMC Networks International – Iberia, for the past seven
years.
His most notable achievements include the structuring and assessment of
more than100 corporate operations, from mergers and acquisitions to due
diligence processes. He also assisted the company in major negotiations
with cable operators in Portugal and Spain.
Ricardo studied business at Universidad de La Coruña in Spain and earned
a degree in international business communications from Ulster
University - United Kingdom. He also participated in the Advanced
Management Program at IESE Business School in Navarra, Spain.
